Dr. Lauren Pichichero is a Naturopathic Doctor at Tall Tree Integrative Health, dedicated to helping her patients achieve lasting wellness through a collaborative approach to care. She focuses on identifying the root causes of illness and treating the whole person, considering the interconnectedness of the body, environment, and lifestyle. Through education and personalized care, Dr. Lauren empowers her patients to understand how to maintain health, prevent imbalances, and live with vitality.
Dr. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from the University of Victoria. She began her career as a visual therapist, helping children and adults improve their brain-vision connection and overall quality of life. This experience ignited her passion for holistic health and the mind-body connection, leading her to pursue Naturopathic Medicine. She earned her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.
At Tall Tree Integrative Health, Dr. Lauren provides comprehensive primary care to individuals and families. She is passionate about continuing education, particularly in hormonal health, digestive wellness, immune optimization, and integrative oncology, ensuring her skills and knowledge are always up-to-date.

In your first visit, Dr. Lauren will provide a comprehensive health assessment, including a health history, physical exam, and lab testing. She will then create a personalized, evidence-based treatment plan. In follow-up visits, Dr. Lauren will monitor your progress and adjust the plan as needed to support your long-term wellness.
Dr. Lauren is an active member of the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC), the British Columbia Naturopathic Association (BCNA), and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND). She holds prescriptive authority in British Columbia and is licensed to provide IV therapy and acupuncture.
Born and raised on Vancouver Island, Dr. Lauren enjoys exploring the island’s natural beauty. She is an avid outdoor enthusiast, enjoying activities such as snowboarding, hiking, running local trails, and swimming at our stunning beaches. She also loves experimenting with new food recipes and sharing her culinary creations with family and friends.
