Dr. Nicole, ND is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Ontario. She has a clinical interest in hormonal health (menstruation, thyroid, metabolic) and optimal fuelling. Dr. Nicole, ND practices using a minimalist approach and evidence-based interventions to help you implement sustainable and meaningful change. She feels it is important to prioritize education, practitioner collaboration and patient preferences while supporting individuals in reaching their health goals. When she is not seeing patients, you can find her outside on a hike, or in the kitchen trying out a new recipe.
