Sylvie obtained her Doctorate of Naturopathy at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, after obtaining a Bachelors of Sciences in Mathematics from Queen’s University. She is passionate about supporting others in taking control of their own health and is seeing patients virtually, offering naturopathic care in both French and English.

She has a special interest in digestive health, mental health (particularly anxiety, trauma and stress management) as well as immune health, from allergies to autoimmune conditions.

In her free time, Sylvie enjoys spending time in nature as well as practicing and teaching acroyoga.
