Dr. Anna Garber is a naturopathic doctor, medical researcher, writer, educator, speaker, and preventative health advocate. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, and Doctor of Naturopathy degrees as well as being involved in several research studies and publications. 

She is passionate about all things related to children’s health, but has a keen interest in nutrition and digestion. Her goal is to build deeper connections and rapport with parents so they feel heard, supported, and understood. She also loves to educate about health and underlying mechanisms, help others make connections in their bodies, and empower them to make changes to better overall health. Her motto for her practice is ‘less is more’. She believes health doesn’t have to be complicated and setting small, realistic goals and building upon them is the key to long-term success.
