Erica is a licensed naturopathic doctor, working virtually at The Centre for Health Innovation where she focuses on supportive cancer care, mental health and digestion. She also works at EatWell Health Centre, a clinic focused specifically on treating teens and adults with eating disorders. In practice she uses lifestyle interventions, such as nutrition, stress management and exercise, as well as supplements and counselling.

Erica completed her internship year with a focus in integrative cancer care at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), and is a member of the research committee for the Oncology Association of Naturopathic Physicians (OncANP). Erica enjoys supporting people with digestive concerns - her own journey being diagnosed with Crohn’s disease (Inflammatory Bowel Disease) is partly what brought her to naturopathic medicine.
