ND Profile

ODETTE BULAONG, ND

I've learned it is vital to support a woman’s health and Self-care at all levels: from ensuring a healthy menstrual cycle early on to optimizing fertility chances, to a healthy pregnancy & delivery, and all the way through to a balanced transition through menopause.

Over the past 11 years that I’ve been practicing naturopathic medicine, I’ve enjoyed working with patients of all ages who have a wide variety of health concerns – but I have a passion for supporting all aspects of women’s health. To ensure I can provide the best possible care to my patients, I have taken extensive training in women's health to be able to provide:

Pre-conception Care and Fertility Support:

My mission is to help optimize all stages of female reproductive health to help support your chances of getting pregnant, staying pregnant and having a healthy full-term delivery. This can include:

My training & experience also includes an equally important focus on supporting male fertility:

Prenatal, pregnancy and labour support and post-partum recovery:

I completed my naturopathic doula training through the Association of Perinatal Naturopathic Doctors to ensure I can provide my pregnant patients with the best possible naturopathic care to help them feel their best from the first to fourth trimester, including heaving a healthy & meaningful labour.

Perimenopause, menopause, & post-menopause:

While acupuncture, nutrition & herbs can often be enough to improve symptoms of perimenopause like hot flashes, anxiety, and insomnia, if needed, I have received training to safely recommend bioidentical estrogen, progesterone and desiccated thyroid for a short period of time to help provide relief of your more severe menopausal symptoms and support overall hormonal balance.
