I am a Whitehorse-based Naturopathic Doctor, doula, and mom-of-two with an exclusive focus on pregnancy and birth. My passion for helping women have successful pregnancies and healthy babies grew out of my own experiences as a mom, and led me to pursue the rigorous training to become a licensed Naturopathic Physician.

I treat women in all stages of their pregnancy journey, including: preparing to conceive (optimizing health in the months leading up to conceiving), trying to conceive (addressing fertility issues and barriers to a successful conception), pregnancy (avoiding miscarriage, optimizing health and nutrition during pregnancy, common complaints of pregnancy (constipation, colds/flus, anemia, etc), passing the GBS test, preparing for labour, avoiding induction), birth (facilitating a smooth labour and delivery, in conjunction with your midwife/GP/OB), and postpartum (supporting your recovery in the postpartum period, including breastfeeding, weight loss, mood challenges, hormone balancing and infant care).
