ND Profile

Lynn Klassen, ND

Dr. Klassen maintains a focused practice on Lyme disease and chronic illness.  As a Lyme Literate ND (LLND), Dr. Klassen is trained in the latest developments in the testing and treatment of these difficult diseases. Dr. Klassen believes in combining traditional prescription based treatments with injection and IV therapies, herbal supplements, lifestyle counselling and individualized applications of various infectious disease protocols to improve outcomes for her patients. She is happy to guide patients in all aspects of their life from active disease to recovery to conversations about conception support and gut health.  Influenced by personal experiences with Lyme disease, Dr. Klassen deeply understands how difficult and long the pathway to health can be.

Dr. Klassen also finds fulfillment in giving back to her community. She has been on the Board of Directors with British Columbia’s Naturopathic Doctors (BCND) since 2020, volunteered to take on the role of Vice-President that same year and was voted in as President of the Association in 2022. She also has served on the BCCDC’s Community Antimicrobial Stewardship program’s Advisory Committee since 2021. Dr. Klassen has also developed Canada’s first and only CNME accredited naturopathic Residency focused on Vector-borne Illness and Chronic Complex Disease. She also participates in training naturopathic students by hosting preceptors as well as externs from the CCNM-Boucher’s student clinic.
