My mission as a Naturopathic Doctor is to make healthy living and feeling well simple, realistic and sustainable. My goal is to ensure that my patients feel supported and empowered to make simple changes in their lives that support their overall health despite leading busy and active lives. Clinically, my focus is in Women's Health, Pre-Conception Support, Fertility and Pregnancy/Postpartum Care.
