I am passionate on inspiring others to nourish their health using a simple and sustainable approach. My hope is to use naturopathic medicine to inspire, motivate, and educate others to take an active role in their health so that they may lead healthy and vibrant lives! My motto is "Simply Healthy, Simply Strong" and I use this as a driving force for my own health decisions as well patient treatment plans.
I have a general practice and work with a diverse range of concerns and people of all ages. I frequently treat depression, anxiety, stress, digestive concerns, chronic pain, as well as women’s and men’s health concerns. I also have an interest in working with women throughout their pregnancies, from preconception to post-delivery.
I am a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors, the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors, and am licensed through the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. My education as a naturopathic doctor includes 4 rigorous years of study at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto that I completed in 2011. Prior to that, I completed my Bachelor of Science with Honours in Biological Science at the University of Guelph.
I am always looking for new ways to inspire and engage others in their health and can regularly be found giving talks and seminars in the Hamilton community. I offer complimentary 15 minute consultations for new patients. Outside of my practice, I can be found globetrotting, hiking on the Bruce Trail, and training for and competing in triathlons, and climbing mountains.
