Dr. Leigha is an innovative leader and engaging speaker, passionately educating women as well as clinicians on the intersection of sleep and hormone health. Her passion for helping women get a good night’s sleep fuels her private practice that helps women gain energy, balance their mood, regulate hormones and sleep deep.
Dr. Leigha is the creator of The Better Sleep Bootcamp, the 5 Step Framework for women who want better sleep through hormonal balance.

Dr. Leigha is a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, holds general, IVIT and therapeutic prescribing certification with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario and is a
member of the Ontario (OAND) and Canadian Associations of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND). Dr. Leigha has been published in the CAND’s journal, has delivered evidence-based lectures to her colleagues through the OAND and Confident Clinician Club on the topic of sleep disturbances, insomnia, cardiovascular health and hormone replacement therapy.
