Dr. Kimberley O’Brien is a Naturopathic Doctor with an expertise in digestive disorders, food sensitivities, fatigue, fertility and hormone balancing.

Dr. Kimberley graduated with first class standing from the University of Alberta with a “Bachelor of Science – Honours in Neuroscience”. Through a strong desire to help others overcome illness and improve their health she completed a rigorous four-year program and earned her “Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine” from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in British Columbia. She has since been practicing in Calgary and is grateful to spend her days doing fulfilling work that she loves!

Through science based diagnostic testing and physical exams, Dr. Kimberley works to identify the underlying cause of your health concerns. In addition to her medical practice, she has served as the pharmacology instructor at the “Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine” for the past three years. She is also the creator of the Elimination Diet Meal Plan online program, which enables people to personalize their diet and transform their health by identifying their food sensitivities.
