Jennifer MacDonald, ND

Dr. Jennifer MacDonald, approach is to understand each patient’s health history and to create a comprehensive and individualized treatment plan. She is passionate about helping others to optimize their health and teaches her patient’s how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Dr. MacDonald is a naturopath who believes strongly in the importance of education, and likes to teach her patients the skills to find health and continue to live healthy lives. She has a special interest in women’s health, pregnancy, fertility, autoimmune conditions, pediatrics, and digestive health. However, individuals with all health concerns are encouraged to visit her in practice.

Dr. MacDonald, ND completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Immunology from Dalhousie University. She obtained her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the leading naturopathic medical college in Canada, the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto, Ontario. While a student at CCNM she joined Naturopaths Without Borders and travelled to Guatemala to treat patients in need. During her internship she treated low income patients at Parkdale Community Health Centre. She was also one of twelve students selected to establish a teaching clinic within the Brampton Civic Hospital which is the first naturopathic clinic within a hospital in North America. While maintaining her practice, she is also a teacher at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) where she teaches Pathology and Biochemsitry & Chemistry.
