The Collaborative Care Centre at Heritage Community Fitness & Rehabilitation Centre is a welcoming, client-centered integrative health care clinic with a relaxed and professional work environment. We’re looking for a naturopathic doctor who embodies our core values of integrity, respect, kindness, and compassion. Our health care team works collaboratively to meet client needs. Active listening skills, confidence, and flexibility are vital characteristics of our practitioners.

Our facility is thriving. Our integrative health care services include chiropractic, concussion management, counselling, exercise rehabilitation, naturopathy, nutritional services, personal training, physiotherapy, paediatric physiotherapy, pelvic floor therapy, and registered massage therapy.

We’re located in Carleton Place, Ontario — one of Canada’s fastest-growing communities — just a 25-minute drive from Ottawa, Perth, and Smiths Falls.

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate naturopathic doctor to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate is a licensed naturopath with a strong commitment to client-centered care and holistic health practices that provide sustainable solutions.

The work schedule is flexible. This is an independent contractor position with ample opportunity to grow your practice.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans based on the tenets of natural health care.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that support positive outcomes for the client.
  • Offer a range of therapeutic modalities that could include acupuncture, cupping, herbal medicine, nutritional counseling, or other health care approaches.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Stay current with advancements in naturopathic medicine through continuing education and professional development activities.
  • Dedication to nurturing strong relationships by understanding and exceeding client expectations.
