As the national voice for the naturopathic profession in Canada the CAND Board of Directors is made up of naturopathic doctors from across the country elected by the membership.
Lead by an Executive consisting of a Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer and Secretary, the Board of Directors is charged with oversight of the association and setting the strategic direction and key initiatives for the CAND which are then implemented by the Executive Director and staff.
The CAND core customer groups
Members, including NDs and students; corporate partners; the federal government; insurance companies and large corporations and unions.
Each core customer group is headed up by a CAND board member who oversees the work plan developed to meet the goals and objectives established for their respective customer group.
In addition to the core customer groups, the CAND has two standing Committees: the Naturopathic Medicine Week Committee and the Health Fusion (biennial conference) Committee.
