Dr. Taras Rodak, ND, R.Ac, PSc.D, Hons.B.Sc.

Dr. Taras Rodak graduated from York University in 1988 with an Honours degree specializing in science and physical education. He then decided to further his education and enrolled and was accepted at the Ontario (now Canadian) College of Naturopathic Medicine (OCNM/CCNM). Graduating from OCNM in 1992, he received his degree as a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine. Currently he is the owner and clinic director of The Wellness Institute – a multi-disciplinary clinic with a wide variety of complimentary health care practitioners and services. His clinic has been voted on numerous occasions as the best naturopathic medical clinic in Etobicoke as per the Readers Choice awards of the Etobicoke Guardian.

Dr. Rodak has been in private practice since graduating in 1992. He has extensive training in various naturopathic modalities including homeopathy, botanical medicine, clinical nutrition, mineral and vitamin supplementation, various trigger point techniques including the Bowen technique, colon hydrotherapy, facial rejuvenation, acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Dr. Rodak is dedicated to helping his patients achieve a level of optimal health and wellness by guiding them with his skills, knowledge and over 24 years of clinical experience by using the fundamental principles of naturopathic medicine.

He is a member of the Canadian Naturopathic Association (CAND), Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) where he was a Board member and is licenced by The College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO). He is also a member of the Canadian Society of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture (CSCMA) and The College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO) where he obtained his degree as a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners (R.TCMP) and Register Acupuncturist (R.Ac).
