The Canadian Naturopathic Foundation (CNF) is a charitable organization that provides research grants and educational support for naturopathic medicine in Canada. Founded in 1987, the CNF was formed in recognition of Dr. Joseph Boucher, ND acknowledging the valuable contributions he made to naturopathic medicine in North America. The Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors has been the administrator of the CNF since June 2007.

 

Current Initiatives: Cost Effectiveness Study

 

For years the naturopathic profession has had requests from government, insurance companies and health organizations asking us to illustrate the cost effectiveness of naturopathic medicine and naturopathic treatments. As a result the CNF is collecting donations to fund a statistical research study. The cost for the study is estimated at $100,000. To be a part of this initiative you can donate by mail or online.
