I grew up on a small farm in northern Germany and moved permanently to Canada in 2004. I started out as a plant biologist first in Germany and later in Canada, and finally took the leap to become a Naturopathic Doctor in 2012.

I like to practice as a general physician- providing care for kids, adults, and elderly alike as well as for any condition - ranging from hormone disorders, diabetes, mood disorders, sleep problems, allergies, cardiovascular health and digestive problems.

My interests are in hormone balancing, including bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, allergy treatment (Low Dose Allergen Immunotherapy) and digestive health. These systems stand at the root to a plethora of problems and offer widespread relief once addressed.

I am trained in chelation therapy, which offers one of the very few routes to revert heart disease and diabetes. I use Bowen therapy as a gentle therapy to realign the body and provide permanent pain relief and Acupuncture has been an invaluable tool for pain management, preconception care, anxiety treatment and much more.
