Here's your chance to get some guidance with increasing plants in your diet, and eating healthier. We have taken the guesswork out of how to do this.
We provide you with recipes, meal plans and shopping lists to simplify your life. There is a private Facebook community for all of us to share our recipe ideas, ask questions, and get clarifications.
The premise of this program is to get people eating more plants. It's not to push people to be a vegetarian or vegan. It's simply to encourage more plants in the diet. If you normally eat meat 7 days a week, and after this plan you shift to 6.5 days, then that's a win! Or if your ratio of plant portions increase with your meals, that's a win too!
We discuss the health effects of eating more plants, we DO NOT talk about the ethical part of this approach. That's a whole other conversation.
This was put together to create a nonjudgemental forum for us all to try and eat more healthfully. We do this to help you learn about how your food can be a great source of joy. We love food and want you to love it too.
It starts Saturday May 12 @ 12 at Bearpaw yoga studio, it then runs for a month. We meet again Saturday June 9 @ 6pm to do a plant based potluck meal for all the group members.
