Christy Abrams is a Functional Medicine Consultant for Designs for Health (DFH) in North Houston, with over 15 years of experience in functional nutrition. She specializes in supporting healthcare practitioners with tools like DFH’s Rewards Program to enhance patient outcomes and practice growth. Passionate about building lasting partnerships, she empowers practitioners to confidently recommend DFH products while focusing on patient care. Christy is also a black belt in Tung Su Do Karate, a former Figure competitor, and has been married for 33 years with two sons.
Nathan Brammeier is a National Account Executive for Designs for Health (DFH) with a background in Organic Chemistry and 11 years in pharmaceutical oncology research. Concerned about the industry’s impact, he transitioned to holistic wellness, running a gym and functional medicine practice for over a decade. Now, he partners with practitioners to grow their businesses. Nathan lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife, Amy, and their backyard chickens, while their daughter pursues a nursing career.
