Position Description
Are you a client-focused evidence-based practitioner and looking to advance your career? Do you have at least one to five years of practice experience?
Assistant Clinic Directors are working practitioners and back-up the Clinic Director and while learning and training to take over a future Clinic Director role at one of our new clinics. Management training and mentorship provided. Additional career paths are available as the company grows.
Work with a range of clients and conditions as leading an evidence-based multidisciplinary team.

Position Requirements
- Strong knowledge and experience in Naturopathic Medicine
- Candidates must be registered with respective licensing college and in good standing
- Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
- Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and current research
- Proficiency in relevant software or tools
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting is a plus
