The CAND is pleased to announce the release of the book entitled, The History of Naturopathic Medicine, a Canadian Perspective. This 400 page hardcover book has been written to educate the public and government on the strength and history of naturopathic medicine, to educate naturopathic doctors (NDs) on their history and the dedication of many of the early NDs and to acknowledge and thank naturopathic doctors who have been instrumental in creating naturopathic medicine as a viable and distinct medical profession in Canada.
